崗位職責(zé):


-       Responsible direct hospital selling approach in term of product introduction and promotion, and develop potential channel dealers in the territory to enlarge the sales coverage and competition

        在轄區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行公司產(chǎn)品的推廣銷售,開拓潛在的代理群體,不斷提高區(qū)域內(nèi)覆蓋率,完成銷售指標(biāo)


-       Establish and maintain a travel schedule, visit periodically existing and new customers, access their needs and characteristics

        合理安排出差行程,定期拜訪已有客戶及開發(fā)新客戶,清楚了解客戶的潛在需求


-       Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company policies and procedures and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement them at the territory level

        遵守公司的規(guī)則制度及所有流程, 樹立公司的良好形象


-       Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends constantly and report periodically.  Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure that territory attains or exceeds assigned annual sales goals

        充分了解市場狀態(tài),及時(shí)向上級(jí)主管反映競爭對(duì)手的情況及市場動(dòng)態(tài)、根據(jù)區(qū)域的需要合理化安排地區(qū)銷售會(huì)議


-       Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers; develop and implement creative strategies aimed at converting these prospective customers from competition to a new customer

        確定并保持定期維系潛在客戶,制定并建立銷售策略開發(fā)潛在的客戶最終可以成為我們的客戶


-       Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders. Utilize these relationships to expand market share

        發(fā)展和維護(hù)與行業(yè)有影響力的人士來提高公司的市場份額


-       Report to the management on time about any product issues, loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies that negatively or positively affect local sales

        定期跟直線經(jīng)理匯報(bào)工作情況,反饋目前銷售業(yè)務(wù)的最新狀態(tài),丟單的情況或?qū)Ρ雀偁帉?duì)手的銷售策略的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)


-       Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to company or to customers.  Apply this knowledge for territory strategies and tactics to develop related commercial activity

        學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品、 產(chǎn)品技術(shù)、 臨床知識(shí)、 競爭活動(dòng)和其他一些客戶感興趣或有利于宣傳公司的產(chǎn)品知識(shí),應(yīng)用所有學(xué)到來建立銷售策略


-       Develop and maintain accurate customer files and records in order to have complete and up-to-date customer information, which can be shared among the organization

        建立和維護(hù)準(zhǔn)確的客戶檔案和記錄完整的及最新的客戶信息,提供團(tuán)隊(duì)之間資源共享

-       Complete all administrative paperwork and reports in a timely manner

        按時(shí)完成所有的文案及報(bào)告


-       To be a good team player to participate in local trade shows, training programs, regular sales training and company meetings as appropriate

        有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能夠參與區(qū)域會(huì),培訓(xùn), 定期的銷售培訓(xùn)及公司會(huì)議.

 

任職要求:


Critical Knowledge 所需知識(shí)

-       Clinical medicine and other medical related majors

        臨床醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮


Critical Skills 必備經(jīng)驗(yàn)

-       Frequent travel

        能接受頻繁出差

-       Good communication skill and team work spirit

        良好的溝通能力,具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神


Critical Experience 必備經(jīng)驗(yàn)

-       University degree with more than three years relevant working experience 

        大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷并有三年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

-       With medical or laser cosmetics equipment industry sales experiences is preferred 

        具有醫(yī)療或激光美容設(shè)備行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
