職位描述:崗位職責(zé):1.管理客戶關(guān)系并提供相關(guān)服務(wù),根據(jù)既定的市場開發(fā)原則在指定區(qū)域開拓新的客戶,并保持從現(xiàn)有客戶獲得持續(xù)的銷售業(yè)績。2.提供銷售,活動(dòng)及成本預(yù)算方面的信息,以利于銷售經(jīng)理做出有效的判斷。3.在既定的客戶中,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研和溝通,最大可能的發(fā)現(xiàn)影響客戶現(xiàn)在及未來的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)及購買決定。4.制定客戶開發(fā)計(jì)劃,并達(dá)到銷售目標(biāo)。5.隨時(shí)給醫(yī)療專家提供產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持。6.在負(fù)責(zé)的相關(guān)銷售區(qū)域,了解當(dāng)?shù)氐尼t(yī)療市場及影響客戶選擇的競爭對手策略。7.學(xué)習(xí)以保持對公司產(chǎn)品、臨床應(yīng)用、管理法規(guī)要求的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和業(yè)務(wù)政策的及時(shí)理解。任職要求:1.2年及以上穩(wěn)定的醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)(藥品,耗材,設(shè)備均可)2.本科及以上學(xué)歷(醫(yī)學(xué)/藥學(xué)/生物學(xué)等專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先);3.良好的溝通能力;4.良好的人際交往能力;5.良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識;6.良好的英文基礎(chǔ)(CET-6,書寫及口語);7.可適應(yīng)長短期出差;JOB TITLE工作職務(wù): Technical Sales Representative 技術(shù)銷售代表DIVISION部門: Cardiac Rhythm Management DivisionDIRECT REPORTING TO 直接匯報(bào)對象: Territory Sales Manager, CRMDJOB SUMMARY工作總結(jié):To provide technical support to physicians during device implant and to meet sales target assigned.RESPONSIBILITIES職責(zé):1.Perform CRMD product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories2.Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve AOP, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories3.Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue and MS tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories4.Provide technical support of CRMD products in the assigned territories5.Provide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers6.Market Intelligence: competitor product, pricing, marketing programs7.Ambassador for SJM, PR8.Understand local government healthcare policy, market trend9.Assist in clinical research10.Serve as back-up for other CRMD team membersOTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 其他功能和職責(zé)1.Willing to travel and work overtime2.Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM’s requirement3.Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM China and SJM4.Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM China and SJM are executed within in the division5.Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisorProfessional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications1.Industry Experience: Medical high value implanting product or high value consumables, cardio surgery business experience will be higher priorities2.Skills: Selling and channel management, communication skill internal and external, key accounts management3.Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) essential-PREFORMANCE FACTORS 績效因素:1Focuses on the Customer:Is dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external customers2Delivers Results with Integrity:Meets commitments and produces the right results at the right time.Adheres to moral and ethical principles.
