職位描述：職位描述The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for redesigning and changing suitable and qualified parts and components for the localization and cost-reduction of transfer project of Global Sourcing. He/she maintains the Infrastructure Projects (IP) technical documentation for serial-management as the production support.崗位職責(zé)Localization Redesign-Manage, harmonize and evaluate all mechanical design actions of engineers in transfer project and communicate with the Headquarter-Localize mechanical drawings, trial produce and test the prototype, take the prototype for performing process validation-Create and complete necessary documentation in mechanical drawings, Production and Test Specifications (PTS) and bill of material etc.-Investigate the local sourcing and confirm the qualified components/ parts to reduce the cost of product continuously-Seek quality problem in serial production and improve the technical documentation-Follow the engineering changing requirement (ECR) procedure and consider the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to identify known or foreseeable hazards and reduce the risk-Communicate with internal customers (especially in the Headquarter) regarding technical issue and provide technical solutions for the designation problem during productionDocumentationPrepare and maintain the infrastructure product Infrastructure Projects (IP) technical documentations任職要求Bachelor degree in mechanical design engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience3-5 years of experience in mechanical design,2-3 years of experience in Medical device industry.Professional-MS Office – advanced level-CAD (SolidWorks) – expert level-English in written and spoken – advanced level-Knowledge of general safety standards of medical device – advanced levelBehavioral-Care about customer – advanced level-Cooperate and communicate – advanced level-Act reliably – advanced level-Drive results – advanced level-Learn and develop – advanced level
