職位描述：Leads phases or components of projects from conception to implementation with focus on technology transfer. Define product requirements, develop processes, schedule projects, develop and refine designs, determine test methods, and select and qualify vendors.Participate in the review of patents to determine status of IP relative to product design.PRINCIPAL DUTIES:?Lead technical transfer of technology from the USA to China?Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians?Update management on project status through written and verbal communication?Design, develop, and refine new products and processes?Identify process requirements, develop and prove in processes?Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ to complete product transfer and ensure assembly line can produce product to meet requirements?Identify, design and prove in equipment and fixtures for product development, manufacturing and testing?Interface with vendors to identify/specify and procure capital equipment?Write and execute test protocols, review test data, write test reports?Gather input from clinical, marketing, literature and other sources?Work closely with other functional groups to identify and coordinate efforts?Maintain/manage project schedule, project plan and budget?Identify product and process problems and recommend solutions?Interface with Clinicians to identify novel solutions to clinical problemsSKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS?Management of supply chain vendors?Management skills for technical staff of engineers and technicians?Creating project budgets and tracking actual vs projected spend?Equipment and fixture design for manufacturing and testing product?Facility layout and understanding of facilitation (electrical/pneumatic/plumbing, etc.) of equipment?Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Reader, SolidWorks?Working knowledge of materials: stainless steel, Nitinol, platinum alloys, polymers?Ability to work independently, self-starter willing to accept increasing responsibility?Excellent verbal/written communication skills?Ability to read and produce drawings/specifications, create manufacturing and test procedures, create BOMs and routers?Ability to design, prove-in, and implement into a production environment equipment and fixtures?Understanding of statistics and application to design verification and validation?Reading and interpreting patents?Understanding GMPs and ISO 13485EXPERIENCE?Minimum 6 years’ experienceEDUCATION?BS Engineering DegreeOTHER?Speak English
