職位描述：職責簡介：負責國際采購、供應商開發(fā)、新產品驗證和關鍵供應商的管理。 主要職責：1.國際采購:支持所有國際項目所需的物料采購（包括植入物和器械）。2.供應商開發(fā):以防現(xiàn)有供應商不能滿足需求或出于降低成本/優(yōu)化產品的目的，不斷尋找更優(yōu)質的新供應商。3.供應商過程驗證:對于新產品或新供應商的首次采購、項目轉移（供應商的變更）、產品設計/工藝要求的變更等等，需按照要求進行樣品確認。質量部和研發(fā)技術部是整個確認過程的主導，但采購部是供應商的唯一對接窗口，負責整個事情對協(xié)調和跟蹤。4.成本控制：每月跟蹤外協(xié)不合格品，核對并確認供應商應承擔的成本和費用，在應付款對賬單中扣除。關注材料的使用情況，并保持與技術部、計劃部和物流部的有效溝通，對于在庫兩年以上的原材料，與供應商協(xié)調更換計劃，提高材料庫存周轉率。5.關鍵供應商的管理：參與關鍵供方的審核，并進行定期的管理和評估；一旦采購物料有不合格品出現(xiàn)，督促供應商完成糾正預防措施。 職位要求/專業(yè)技能要求：1、學歷資歷本科以上學歷，材料/機加工相關專業(yè)，3年以上骨科醫(yī)療行業(yè)相關經驗；熟悉醫(yī)療行業(yè)和骨科醫(yī)療產品，了解供應商的開發(fā)和管理，并具備一定的商務常識。2、技能2.1熟識產品圖紙并了解專業(yè)術語的含義；2.2熟悉產品應用，可與內部/外部相關人員深入討論產品需求；2.3英語聽說讀寫流利，可與國外供應商有效交流；2.4溝通協(xié)調能力強。3、其他 3.1能承受高強度的工作；3.2具有較強的責任心和團隊精神；3.3學習能力強。Role Summary:Sourcing Engineer needs to communicate with R&D team and quality team for details required in the drawing and quality criteria for parts/products, establish related specifications and ensure vendors understand spec’s; obtain quotations for parts and final products, analyze which one is best suited, qualify new parts and vendors; help troubleshoot problems being experienced at vendors and perform cost reduction.Essential Responsibilities:1.Responsible for supporting all project sourcing activity related to NPI, including new supplier identification, cost and terms negotiation, material qualification, initial project supply strategy; supplier capacity analysis, sign long term agreements with suppliers and contracts implementation.2.Proactively identify and initiate Global Sourcing improvement projects that will reduce total cost, and/or improve quality/efficiency/service response /productivity, including implant and instrument products.3.Drive suppliers on Process Verification Evaluation (PVE) completion before PQ build; coordinate with SQE to resolve any issues during supplier PVE stages.4.As a key point of window from sourcing role among R&D, Supplier Quality and suppliers, drive projects during all new project development phases; manages tactical purchasing activities during NPI stages, such as pulling materials or project reschedule.5.Support the supplier selection process to ensure that current and future suppliers have the capabilities, processes and systems to meet Company’s current and future needs. Lead evaluation and category supplier performance management program with cross team.6.Manage mass production sourcing; on a regular basis, propose cost reduction ideas.Qualifications/Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer in mechanical engineering.2. 3+ years of technical purchasing experience in Medical Device sourcing field.3. Very experienced with Orthopedics Instruments.4. Engineering background and ability to read drawing is must. Knowledge of materials (Ti, SS or PEEK) would be a plus; NPI sourcing experience in a multinational corporation is a big plus.5. Quality Focus and familiarity with related best practices.6. Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills, frequency in English.Desired Characteristics1.
