職位描述：PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 職位概要Under solid supervisor’s direction to develop and maintain customers of hospital and distributor to achieve sales target. Tocomplete collection and collation of marketing information independently.在直接主管的帶領(lǐng)下完成醫(yī)院及經(jīng)銷商客戶的開發(fā)、維護(hù)工作，達(dá)成銷售指標(biāo)；能獨(dú)立完成市場信息的收集、整理。PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)According to solid supervisor’s requirement, to make weekly work plan and submit it in time, visit customers, develop newcustomers and complete assigned sales target as planned.根據(jù)直接主管的要求，制訂每周工作計(jì)劃并及時提交，按計(jì)劃拜訪客戶，開發(fā)新客戶，完成指定的銷售指標(biāo)Initiative to understand marketing information for related products independently. To build up, gather and update customers’data.主動獨(dú)立了解相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的市場情況，建立、搜集并及時更新客戶資料Have the ability to help distributor to manage inventory and order. To evaluate distributors’ business development plan withmarketing conditions and feedback the implementation to management team.具備協(xié)助經(jīng)銷商管理庫存量及訂單的能力，根據(jù)市場情況對經(jīng)銷商業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃進(jìn)行評估，并及時反饋公司管理層該計(jì)劃執(zhí)行情況Have relevant clinical and product knowledge, and have ability to provide product knowledge and solution to doctor/customerand training of basic product knowledge to doctors and distributors.掌握相關(guān)臨床專業(yè)知識和產(chǎn)品知識，具備提供醫(yī)生客戶產(chǎn)品使用知識和方案的能力，具備培訓(xùn)醫(yī)生及經(jīng)銷商基本產(chǎn)品知識的能力Be positive to complete company required training in time with relevant exam pass.積極參加并及時完成各項(xiàng)公司要求的培訓(xùn)，每次培訓(xùn)都能通過相應(yīng)的及格線要求Follow up the bidding progress of product and timely feedback to management team.跟蹤負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的投標(biāo)進(jìn)展并及時反饋給公司管理層PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 資格要求EDUCATION 教育程度Medical or Medical device educational background, college degree or above in Clinical, Medicine, Biology related field醫(yī)療或醫(yī)學(xué)器械專業(yè)背景，或醫(yī)學(xué)，藥學(xué)，生物醫(yī)藥技術(shù)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域大專以上教育背景EXPERIENCE 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)At least 3 years sales working experience, especially worked in foreign company is preferred.至少3年銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，外企工作背景優(yōu)先考慮Related medical device and nursing product knowledge and experience相關(guān)醫(yī)療器械及院外護(hù)理產(chǎn)品的專業(yè)知識及從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求Be honest and integrate誠實(shí)、守信Strong language expression有良好的語言表達(dá)能力Have certain analytic abilities具有一定的分析能力Initiative and team work有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，具有主動性Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)能熟練使用office辦公軟件（例如 Excel, Word, Powerpoint等）
