職位描述：Sales Rep.銷售代表工作地點 Location：西安工作類型：全職職位描述:This position will be responsible for the joint business in Xi’an of East China. report to Sales Supervisor/Sales Mgr.銷售代表將會負責(zé)公司在骨科類產(chǎn)品在西安地區(qū)的銷售（創(chuàng)傷），匯報給相應(yīng)區(qū)域的銷售主管或經(jīng)理主要職責(zé) Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- 完成當?shù)氐匿N售指標 To achieve the sales target- 專業(yè)的傳達詳細的產(chǎn)品知識給客戶 To get solid product knowledge to serve customers with high standard quality and safty- 管理當?shù)卮砩?To enhance the distributor management- 管理當?shù)刂攸c客戶，促進產(chǎn)品的市場占有率 To maintain and develop key account in order to increase market share- 有效率的解決工作上的問題，完成每周的銷售報告To submit weekly reports and solve problems timely技能需求 Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)- 能主動去了解并回應(yīng)公司內(nèi)外部客戶的需求 To be proactive and meet the internal and external customers’ needs- 能與公司內(nèi)外部進行有效溝通 Have effective communications with internal and external customers- 正直、誠實、可靠Integrity, honesty and respect for people- 渴求發(fā)展Have motivation to learn and improve- 結(jié)果導(dǎo)向Result oriented- 團隊協(xié)作能力好To be a good team player教育、經(jīng)驗要求 Education/Experience Requirements- 醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域背景，本科尤佳 Bachelor Degree of Medicine above or similar medical background;- 1年以上骨科外科相關(guān)產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗 Above one years sales experience with Orthopaedics related experience in multinational company;- 良好的銷售及溝通技巧 Good selling skill, good interpersonal skill, clear communication skill;- 適應(yīng)出差 Travel up to 50%
