職位描述：Sales Rep.銷售代表/Sales Supervisor 銷售主管工作地點(diǎn) Location：工作類型：全職職位描述:This position will be responsible for the joint business in Chongqing of East China. report to Sales Supervisor/Sales Mgr.銷售代表將會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)公司在骨科類產(chǎn)品在安徽地區(qū)的銷售（關(guān)節(jié)），匯報(bào)給相應(yīng)區(qū)域的銷售主管或經(jīng)理主要職責(zé) Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- 完成當(dāng)?shù)氐匿N售指標(biāo) To achieve the sales target- 專業(yè)的傳達(dá)詳細(xì)的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)給客戶 To get solid product knowledge to serve customers with high standard quality and safty- 管理當(dāng)?shù)卮砩?To enhance the distributor management- 管理當(dāng)?shù)刂攸c(diǎn)客戶，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)占有率 To maintain and develop key account in order to increase market share- 有效率的解決工作上的問題，完成每周的銷售報(bào)告To submit weekly reports and solve problems timely技能需求 Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)- 能主動(dòng)去了解并回應(yīng)公司內(nèi)外部客戶的需求 To be proactive and meet the internal and external customers’ needs- 能與公司內(nèi)外部進(jìn)行有效溝通 Have effective communications with internal and external customers- 正直、誠(chéng)實(shí)、可靠Integrity, honesty and respect for people- 渴求發(fā)展Have motivation to learn and improve- 結(jié)果導(dǎo)向Result oriented- 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力好To be a good team player教育、經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求 Education/Experience Requirements- 醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域背景，本科尤佳 Bachelor Degree of Medicine above or similar medical background;- 2年以上骨科外科相關(guān)產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn) Above two years sales experience with Orthopaedics related experience in multinational company;- 良好的銷售及溝通技巧 Good selling skill, good interpersonal skill, clear communication skill;- 適應(yīng)出差 Travel up to 50%
